THE BIGGER THE BETTER

Popping over to my local Tesco, with a shopping list instilled in my brain, I headed straight to the baking isle.

Grabbing bag after bag of granulated sugar and self-raising flour, I then loaded butter blocks and cartons of eggs into my basket – it was a struggle to hobble to the till!

Dashing over the road to my small bakery, it was then time to get to work.

This wasn’t no mean feat – I had a seven layer cake to construct!

After graduating from Glasgow School of Art with a graphic design degree in 2015, it was clear that creativity was always on my mind.
