Ingredients
Gin 50ml; Courtyard Memories’ Jamun ale 45ml; Lemon Juice 30ml; Sugar Syrup 20ml; Egg White of 1 egg
Preparation
Add the gin, jamun ale, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake (without ice) for about 20 seconds. Add 4 ice cubes to this and shake again for another 30 seconds. Strain the cocktail in a glass of your choice, top with tonic water, serve.
