Ufology on the cards

ASSAP’S UFO DRIVE

Robert Moore has been elected Vice Chairman for the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena (ASSAP). In this role he intends to widen ASSAP’s coverage of UFOs.

His interest in UFOs was sparked by the British UFO waves of the 1970s and he has written numerous articles on the subject. In 1999 he produced ‘My Ufology Handbook’, an online guide to investigating UFOs that has been updated several times since then. There are plans to physically publish an amended version of the guide later this year, with several. One section – a flowchart detailing common explanations for ‘UFO’ reports – has been widely reproduced since then.
