This month we are using the amazing opacity of gouache to paint onto dark-coloured card with light paint. I chose a couple of night scenes for this exercise, with glowing lights and buildings half-obscured in the darkness. The way we will paint them is quite loose, because I want you to have fun with the process, and to create something that is uniquely yours as you discover just what covering power gouache has.
