has always been Jeannie Kilmer’s favorite holiday, but even she drew the line at owning a Christmas tree farm. When she and her husband, Bruce, purchased their Williamstown, New Jersey, house in 2002, its site posed a unique quandary. The 3-acre parcel included a Christmas tree farm called Charlie Brown’s. “We had no interest in selling Christmas trees,” Jeannie explains, adding that some of the trees resembled the scraggly ones on the beloved TV special. “We just loved the property and that it backed up to woods,” she notes.
