Add some merriment to your celebrations with napkins outfitted like Santa. To make a shimmering belt, purchase a silver frame-style belt buckle with a center bar and black glittered felt. Measure the inside width of the buckle and cut the felt into a long strip to match the width. Thread one end of the strip up through the right side of the buckle and loop around the center bar, leaving enough length to stitch to the underside. Poke a hole in the felt to allow the prong to go through, and then stitch to the underside to secure. Wrap the strip around a cloth napkin. Slide the end through the left side of the buckle, with the end extending beyond the right side of the buckle at least an inch or more. Determine where the prong should poke through and then cut a tiny hole. Push the prong through the hole, slide the end under the right side of the buckle, and trim it into a point. Tuck in live greenery topped with a candy cane.
