The Cult

Formed in 1983 in Bradford, and now with a catalogue of 10 (mostly) acclaimed albums, The Cult still hinge on the partnership between shamanic frontman Ian Astbury and guitarist Billy Duffy’s delay-soaked riffing. This month’s co-headline tour with Alice Cooper marks the band’s first post-covid UK shows, and perhaps the first live airing of their as-yet-untitled new album.
