Crossover outfit are unfazed by the sparse showing at the start, and their bruising material sounds exactly like their name suggests. Thebring their metalcore assault to bear on the top floor. Unfortunately, the sound is somewhat murky, and the bass drum is overpowering and sounds triggered, meaning it occasionally obscures the rest of the band enough to muddle songs. They aren’t deterred, however, and neither are the throng, who lap up every scream, riff and processed drum hit. For all this, though, it’s a tight performance; they’re entertaining but don’t quite reach Cage Fight’s heights.
