This year’s Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show is getting a real modern-classic twist – and you can be part of it! This autumn’s Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, held at Stafford County Showground over the weekend of October 15-16, will still have all the things you love: traders; auto-jumble; the Bonhams Auction; a top-notch guest of honour (John Kocinski no less, see the next page); the GP Paddock; the Dirt Bike Experience; freestyle motocross stunts from the Bolddog FMX team; and many clubs and groups showing off their amazing bikes, including the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club celebrating their 40th birthday (www.vjmc. com). Other clubs celebrating this year include the Benelli Club UK (25 years: www.benelliclubgb.net) and the Moto Guzzi Club UK (www.motoguzziclub. co.uk) as Guzzi reaches its centennial in 2022.
