Live Activities are part of the new LockThe difference is they are designed to update in real time and present information that can be read easily at a glance on the screen (perhaps in preparation for always-on screens on iPhone). Use Live Activities to keep track of sports scores and see updates as they happen, track a Deliveroo delivery, or monitor an Uber journey, for instance.
