Q I work in a small business and my boss, who owns the company, is lovely but incompetent. She misses deadlines all the time and makes snap decisions that aren’t thought out. I don’t want us to go under so I spend a lot of time putting things back in order and placating the customers. I asked for a pay rise this year, as I feel I’m doing so much. I didn’t get it
