A It’s great to hear you’ve found a brownfield site that’s got potential. Many urban projects are built on tight, restricted sites, which throw up design challenges, but also provide an opportunity to create a unique home.

Small plots don’t necessarily mean you can’t have that large open-plan kitchen diner you’ve always dreamt about. By focusing attention on the floorplan, and through careful planning, there are ways of increasing the feeling of space, even if the space you’re working with is modest.
