FINDING THE RIGHT TIME TO START YOUR PROJECT

When should the works begin? This is one of the most asked questions I get as a builder. The scope of works you are doing affects when to start your building project. For example, if you want to do a loft conversion and you don’t have the budget for a ‘tin hat’ (scaffolding with a corrugated iron roof covering and protective sheets down the side) you don’t want to be starting in January!
