Eco home improvements could boost property value

New research from WWF and Scottish Power has revealed that homeowners could increase the value of their property by as much as £10,000, by making green upgrades. The report, ‘Better Home, Cooler Planet’, highlights that installing an air source heat pump could increase a home’s value by up to £8,000, solar panels by £5,400, and EV charge points by £7,400.
