Alexis Ffrench is a British classical-soul composer/ pianist, who has recently been appointed as the ABRSM’s first ever artistic director. is a collection of 13 ambient, atmospheric pieces composed during lockdown which were inspired by the age-old question ‘who am I and what is my purpose in this world?’ His recording of the pieces features collaborators such as Jin Oki (guitar) and Leona Lewis (vocals), and all but one of them includes instrumental backing to add expressive warmth. Ranging in length from three to ten pages, difficulty is around Grade 5 to 7.
