Christmas Gift Guide For Cyclists

KASK PROTONE ICON

A true icon of the sport over the past decade or so, the new Protone Icon helmet features the latest technological advances in safety, ventilation, and aerodynamics. The fresh 2022 model updates its aesthetic for a modern look, while still maintaining the core features that have made it a true icon of the road.

The Protone Icon takes its design from KASK’s winning Protone helmet and improves upon it in several ways. Like other KASK helmets, the Icon has been developed in accordance with the KASK WG11 protocol, an objective, scientific approach to measuring the helmet’s performance against rotational impacts.

An all-new rubber dial provides improved finger grip fitting adjustment. And the vertical stabiliser has been redesigned for greater stability, providing a customised fit for riders with long hair.

The ergonomic neck support ensures a fast and secure fit against the back of the head.

Inside you’ll find removable and washable Coolmax inner padding, and under that is the core of the helmet. An innovative inner strengthening frame offers greater mechanical strength and better compactness. In case of shock, it prevents the helmet from breaking into several pieces, allowing greater safety for the rider.

The Protone Icon weighs 290g (in size Medium).

It is available in Small, Medium and Large, in eight colours.
