MORLEY AND HIS MATE WATTO TACKLE OUTBACK AUSTRALIA IN THE VARIETY BASH PILOTING A NEAR STANDARD BENZ. HOW HARD COULD IT BE?
Elvis Presley, a nun, Papa Smurf and the Queen walk into a pub. Sounds like the start of a bad dad joke, no? Except, I saw it with my own two, bleary eyes. In fact I saw it many times in the last two weeks as 350 or so grown-ups playing dress-ups convinced me that the outback pub has lost none of its magnetism and charm. And that people are as committed to having fun as they ever were before Covid. Oh, and that if they can combine those two elements and raise money for a good cause in the process, then the no-harmno-foul rule should be played. If you know what I mean.

Yes, we are geniuses.
But, like all good, trained observers, I kept a diary of the event and I shall now share it with you. Okay, so
