It’s about a man called Sean who was on holiday in Las Vegas at the same time as a girlfriend – was there, so we could all have a laugh.’ Claudia decided to have a bit of fun in her final year at school, thanks to an actress who’d starred in a Disney movie that’d come out that year. ‘Her name was Grace Phipps and lots of people had told me I looked just like her,’ said Claudia. ‘I couldn’t see it, but I thought I’d play a prank and posted a photo of her all made up on my Facebook. Lots of people said, ‘You look amazing!’ Claudia said. ‘There were even members of my family who thought it was me!’ According to one study, the likelihood of two people sharing the exact facial features is less than one in a trillion. But with family, it’s of course a whole other ball game. I know many of you will look exactly like a sibling or parent. My favourite is when a lookalike relative skips a generation, or even two. Beth told a lovely story of how her Poppy burst into tears when he saw her cousin Izzy walk into a room at a family gathering. ‘He said she looked identical to Nannie when she was young,’ Beth told us. ‘It was as if he was stepping back in time to the days when they were courting.’ Awww…
