MacDonald sisters INSIDE THEIR UNBREAKABLE BOND

Growing up on an outback sheep station, the MacDonald sisters, Jacki, Fiona and Kylie, never had a “gogglebox” at home, but entertained themselves with “shaggy dog stories” and silly jokes.

Nobody dreamed that years later, older siblings Jacki and Fiona would keep Australia laughing as two of this country's brightest TV stars on Hey Hey It's Saturday, Wombat and It's A Knockout.

“It's very unusual for sisters to become big stars in light entertainment, especially on separate shows,” Rob McKnight of TV tells . “The MacDonalds connected with audiences because they had charisma, chemistry and talent in spades. We enjoyed watching them and we came to love them.”
