When DOGS GRIEVE

As a nation of dog lovers, it’s no wonder many have been concerned about the Queen’s treasured corgis in the wake of her death. Heart-rending images of regal pooches Muick and Sandy looking subdued at Windsor Castle on the day of Her Majesty’s funeral perhaps go to show that our pets feel grief, just like us.

Thankfully, Prince William has reassured us that the Queen’s corgis will continue to be ‘spoiled rotten’, and Prince Andrew has agreed to look after the pair. But there’s no doubt that they’ll be missing their famously dog-adoring owner.
