It’s always a bit of a juggling act’
think I’m in the lucky position where I absolutely love what I’m doing. I’ve worked at for eight years now, and apart from the alarm going off at 2.45 in the morning – which is the only downside – it is such an amazing privilege to get to tell people what’s going on in the world work. At the moment, though, I love what I’m doing and I love that on we do things in a bit of a different way. Yes we bring you the news, we tell you about everything that’s happening, but it’s more conversational. I like to think it’s more engaging – we do it in a way that’s a bit more entertaining at the same time, and we’re able to have a laugh. I get on so well with my co-presenters, so I feel really lucky to be where I am. I enjoy it so much, sometimes I think, ‘OMG, I can’t believe I actually get paid to do these things.’
