akhro Home and Garden has introduced Aquafix, a polymer planting gel that absorbs up to 300 times its weight in water and acts as a reservoir in the soil. Along with water, it also absorbs water-soluble nutrients and fertilisers and then slowly releases them to the root zones as demanded by plants, which significantly reduces watering cycles and increases the seedling survival rate.
