Phoenix, also known as “The Valley” to locals, is a sprawling oasis located in the Sonoran Desert that is home to high-end resorts, beautiful scenic views, top-notch museums, and remarkable afternoon teas—despite the odds of being located in such a warm climate. Though a cup of hot tea in 100° weather might seem unappealing to some, the vast majority of dedicated tea lovers in the area welcome the treasured practice with open arms and excitement to “put the kettle on!” Whether you’re searching for a teatime that is traditional, whimsical, or simply a lovely getaway from the brutal winter you have been handed, these tea venues are sure to deliver a deliciously memorable experience with a side of sunshine.
