I enjoyed the retro pages with the bottled fruit hints and the bottled spaghetti recipe. It might have been popular in 1969, but I think it’s just as important today with rising food prices. Bottling produce when it is cheap is the way to go. We have a lemon tree laden with fruit. I’ve been making a lemon drink in place of the juice I usually buy. I have also been freezing rhubarb and putting some in the local kai cupboard. I even planted a
