had surgery on my left shoulder in August and now have matching ‘Popeye’ lumps where the tendon drops down into a bulge above each elbow. However, this side, the left this time, did reattach, so the doctor says, and was good enough to then leave the bicep tendon as is and just do the shoulder cuff. Trying to sleep in a sling for four weeks before you can even do physio is the biggest issue. The pain was not too bad unless I moved it the wrong way or bumped it. I am already starting to get some movement
