Nestled at the foothills of Mount Kenya, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a model for conservation across the continent. Established as a cattle ranch hosting wildlife in 1922, it evolved into one of Kenya’s first private ranches to host visitors, welcoming its first guests in 1972.
