SHAWL WITH CROCHET EDGING

STITCH GUIDE

NOTE – This Shawl is worked on larger needles and at a looser tension than usually recommended for this yarn.

SHAWL

A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of sts. Do not join but work backwards and forwards in rows. Placing markers on needle (between sts) as you cast on will help with counting the sts as well as assist with working first row of the border patt. Markers can be removed once the patt rep is established.

Using 4.50mm circular needle, cast on as folls – Cast on 16 sts then place marker, * cast on 17 sts then place marker *, rep from * to* 10 (14)
