Six steps to your ideal Chromebook

1. DEFINE YOUR REQUIREMENTS

You should always start your search for a new Chromebook by pondering where you’re going to use it and what you’re going to use it for.

If you’re looking for a Chromebook for working in the home or office and you don’t plan to move around too much, then it’s smarter to go big. Look for a 15.6in or 17in Chromebook and you’ll lose out on battery life and easy portability, but you’ll enjoy a larger screen and a more comfortable keyboard. In short, a device better suited to working all day long.

Conversely, if you need a Chromebook for life on the go, one that you’ll be lugging around from home to your workplace or from client to client, then it makes sense to look at smaller, lighter models with 12in to 14in screens.
