“It was intriguing to see Grenada play two matches in Europe this year, against Andorra and Gibraltar. How did that come about?

When I arrived in Grenada it was a real steep curve because it was in the middle of COVID. The first time I met the team was 48 hours before a World Cup qualifying game against El Salvador. And in that process it became quite obvious that we needed more matches and to create some sort of opportunities, because the players have limited experience against other levels of competition.
