Many Mistakes Made Over Decades

What makes coin collecting a great hobby is the variety of opportunities to learn and enjoy the many facets. Over time, collectors make mistakes and have regrets. Although we tend to learn from our mistakes, we find opportunities to make new kinds of mistakes. To enjoy the hobby, minimizing errors in judgement is important.

Looking back on my many years in the hobby, the number of mistakes adds up! Bad decisions range from small and trivial to big and costly. One does not like to admit he is imperfect, but doing so improves awareness in decision making.
