Delete WhatsApp messages after two days

WhatsApp has offered an ‘unsend’ feature since 2017, which lets you delete messages you’ve sent to private or group chats accidentally or have had second thoughts about. Initially, you only had seven minutes to unsend the message, but this was later extended to one hour and eight minutes, after which you could only ‘delete for me’ – meaning other people can still see what you wrote. WhatsApp has now increased the time limit to “a little over two days” (www.snipca.com/42993), which gives you much longer to change your mind about your contribution to a chat. In fact, users have already discovered that the limit is actually two-and-a-half days, or 60 hours.
