It’s the menu that opens when you right-click the title bar of a program or folder window, which contains the options Move, Size, Minimise, Maximise and Close. You can make this menu much more interesting and useful using the free program SmartSystemMenu, which expands it with 19 new options for performing if you don’t already have it.
