If you build it, they will come

CHRIS PACKHAM ONCE SAID “BUILD A pond and sit back and watch”, so we did just that and were rewarded by such a variety of wildlife, including dragonflies laying eggs, foxes and badgers coming for a drink, and birds washing themselves.

During the recent heatwave we were even treated to a young roe buck coming to the pond for a welcome drink.
