No two days tend to be the same, which is exactly how I like it. I’m usually up around 5.30am, and if I’m not going to Pilates or for a walk with a friend, I’ll be heading into the school to help run before-school netball sessions. I’m home around 9am; this is brekkie time! I’m a late brekkie eater, and I don’t stray from my go-tos – oats or eggs and avocado (or hummus if there’s no avocado) on sourdough – too often. Then, I’m straight into work.
Most of my clients book afternoons, so I spend this earlier part of my day doing freelance or clinic work from my home office. Switching gears for
