THE FAST ONE

There aren’t many of us who have a scooter that has a higher bhp figure than our age, but at the tender age of 22, Jacco Schouten has achieved that (just) with his 24bhp small frame beast.

Uncommonly, he’s come into the scooter scene on his own, without any influences from family or friends, and I’d say this lack of influence has allowed him to take things his own way without any feeling that something is expected of a scooter that boasts a useful motor.

Lost in France

After owning a couple of other scooters, he started work on this a couple of years back.
