ALEX HUA TIAN led the NAF Superflex CCI3*-L from start to finish on his own 13-year-old Jilsonne Van Bareelhof. With a strong first-phase score of 25.4, the pair won despite having a pole down on the final day.

“I’m a bit annoyed to have had a pole down on what is such a good jumper,” said Alex. “But I have a new bit, which I’ve been trying for the first time this weekend and I think he just took a few fences to settle into it.”
