hunderbird has just received its most significant update in a year. It now has a new sidebar, called the Spaces Toolbar, for quick access to its features, and improved import tools that make it easier than ever to switch from an alternative email program like Outlook, or webmail such as Gmail. We’re going to use Thunderbird’s new tools to access an existing email account, and to import its calendar and contacts for offline.
