Was the Cord a Sports Car?

From 1953 through 1976, the Henry Ford Museum staged an annual “Sports Cars in Review” exhibit each winter. The show featured a mix of early and contemporary sports cars, race cars and concept cars. Some of the participating vehicles came from the museum’s own collection, but many were loaned by other museums and private owners. One car featured in these presentations was a 1936-’37 Cord Phaeton Sedan.
