The Great Resignation means employers are fishing in an ever-decreasing talent pool. Companies must incentivise to attract the best talent. Previously, job packages included company cars, healthcare, pensions, sabbaticals and dress-down Fridays. However, Covid has forced employers to revamp their portfolio of perks.
At the same time, we’ve switched to a hybrid working pattern, and we can arguably wear what we want – from the waist up, at least. While a company car is less attractive if you don’t commute, technology is essential for staying connected to co-workers, collaborating and getting the job done, which is why employers are now chucking tech kit and services into the incentives pot.
