○ Malabrigo Sock yarn 100g: 1 skein of Anniversario 005 (MC)
○Inca Spun Heritage Sock Alpaca Merino nylon blend 50g: 1 ball of Grey/Mauve 1688 (SC)
○Pair of 4mm (UK8/US6) knitting needles
○3 buttons
○Yarn needle

Size: Small adult approximately Australian women's size 8-10

SPECIAL STITCHES

Double Stitch

With your yarn in the front, slip one Stitch from the left needle to the right needle, pull the yarn tight to pull the two legs at the base of the slipped st up, pull the yarn over the top of the needle and back to the knit position, keeping the stitch firm. Double stitch made. When you get to a double stitch, no matter how messy it looks, knit both of the stitches that form it together as if it is one stitch.
