Roast Chicken with Tomatoes, Porcini and Olives

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken marylands
400g can whole peeled
tomatoes, strained
(reserve the tomato
juice for another use)
15g porcini mushrooms,
soaked in hot water until soft
100g black olives, pitted
5 garlic cloves,
left whole and unpeeled
4 oregano sprigs
