SPRAWLING OVER 14 hectares in an area known as East Lake – industrial Fyshwick on one side and a precious wetlands on the other – 1 Dairy Road is an intriguing neighbourhood emerging on the edge of the city. It’s home to an eclectic collection of creatives and startups: roasters, distillers, printers and producers, small offices and even a small boat builder, relishing in their environment and getting on with business.
