Lambretta TV200 That was then...

The new Lambretta with ‘sports-bike’ performance

Built for the enthusiastic British scooter market, the TV200 is the latest and greatest scooter in the Lambretta range of machines. With a top speed of almost 70 miles an hour and acceleration to match, the 98cc Lambretta not only provides first-class about-town transport, but is ideal for long-distance touring.

Basically, this Lambretta is the same as the popular TV175 model, in fact the only difference appears to be in engine dimensions and performance. Due to this extra performance, Lambretta Concessionaires have given the TV200 the name of Gran Turismo or GT200.
