Q I got very stressed during the pandemic, with issues around my job and relationships. For the past year or so, I have noticed that I wake up with my jaw clenched tight. It aches to open it and now I am getting pain in front of my ears and, occasionally, headaches. What can I do?
A I would recommend visiting your dentist as your first port of call, as it sounds like your symptoms are coming from your temporomandibular joint (TMJ) at the back of your jaw.
