From the bixie (a bob and pixie cut combined) to the classic bob (thank you Selena Gomez), shorter styles are having a revival. “Razor cuts with soft ends, bobs and undercuts are popular,” confirms Gorgievski. Jamie Furlan at Xiang salon in Melbourne, meanwhile, is being asked for more relaxed styles. “I am getting requests for loose, carefree crops that feel lived in and naturally grown out,” he says.
