DIBNAH’S OPEN IN EXTRA TIME JULY 31, 1988

Corinne Dibnah was just five-years-old when she started swinging a golf club around the nine-hole Bowen course in North Queensland.

At 19, she won the Australian Women’s Amateur at Royal Queensland. Two years later, in 1983, she claimed four more big amateur titles here and in New Zealand as well as being a member of the Australian teams that won the Commonwealth Trophy, Tasman Cup and Queen Sirikit Cup.
