Cattle Sorting with Rescued Off-Track Thoroughbreds

Off-track Thoroughbreds (OTTBs) are versatile. For example, three Friends of Ferdinand, Inc. (FFI) graduate horses and one adoptable horse and their owners got a chance to get out of their comfort zones, try something new and gain confidence at a local introduction to cattle sorting clinic. The horses were Bisque, Is He Proud, Vindication Alley and Soy Sauce. The event was held at Brandon Fortner’s Rafter 2F Ranch in central Indiana. Brandon is the head Western trainer for FFIand helped lead the instruction with his own FFIgraduate, Hum Baby.
