Kia ora!

don’t know about you, but this yucky winter weather has put me firmly in hibernation on TVNZ+ (then immediately going out to buy the book it was based on), I’ve been catching up on the local and Aussie versions of – we’ve got the goss on both series from page 24. It’s fair to say I’m addicted, but while I rate my talents as an armchair food critic, my real-life culinary skills are very limited beyond pesto pasta. Fortunately, my partner claims to find cooking relaxing – and not just because the dishes I make are average at best! – so it’s very rarely my turn in the kitchen. However, after looking at the budget-friendly meat-free meal ideas on page 68, I’ve been inspired to get back behind the stove. When I run out of reality TV to watch, I’m sure I’ll be giving Nadia Lim a run for her money… Enjoy the mag and have a great week.
