Prostate problems

As men age they are increasingly likely to manifest symptoms of prostate problems. One of the first symptoms is the need to urinate more frequently at night (called nocturia), which of course disrupts their sleep and further impacts on their health.

A 62-year-old man visited the clinic with just this problem. In the last few months he was having to go to the toilet three or four times a night. It was getting worse and impacting on his sleep, so his energy was deteriorating.
