HER life once consisted of glitzy parties where she rubbed shoulders with celebrities and politicians, where transport was a private jet dubbed the Lolita Express and home was either a villa on a Caribbean island, a mansion in Florida or a fancy flat in London.
But that world fell apart for Ghislaine Maxwell when the authorities finally caught up with her in July 2020 and her life was suddenly confined to a tiny prison cell in one of New York’s most notorious jails.
